<p style="font-weight: 400;">The occupants and tenants  are raised electrical invoices as per the railway processes. These invoices may be paid off-line or online as per the policies and procedures. These invoices are not subject to cancellation or refunds in general.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Any changes to these invoices can only be made by the railways. Any excess payment refunds would not be processed through this site.</p>

<p>Any user is not required to carry out the website registration. the website registration is as per the occupation data update by the Billing Team. The billing team controls the access levels of each and every user.</p>
<p>In case a user, needs access, he/she should get in touch with the department billing team along with his/her occupation details and contract information.</p>
